Author's supervision
Author's supervision of compliance with the project, i.e. investor representation, is a service dedicated to clients who want to guarantee compliance of the investment implementation with the project. In the scope of this service, we cooperate with proven contractors, monitoring the progress of work and proposing solutions in the event of any technical problems. Our presence on site during work supervision helps ensure the success of the Project.
Online project
Online or remote design is a perfect solution for people who do not have time to meet with an interior designer. Thanks to telephone and e-mail cooperation, we can create a project for you without leaving home. Just send us the necessary documentation and we will take care of the rest.
Full Executive Design package includes:
-functional and spatial layout, analysis of possible functional changes, 2-3 proposals conceptual interior design (spatial sketches of the designed rooms, 1 package of corrections included in the price)
-photorealistic visualizations of all designed rooms (1 package of corrections included in the price)
-executive design, industry technical drawings for contractors (walls: demolition, buildings and finishing, ceilings, floors, electricity, water and sewage, buildings, views of walls in bathrooms, arrangement, furniture and building designs, etc.)
-meeting to sign the contract and select materials (location: to be determined)
-list of equipment according to the project with links to the manufacturer/shops
-preliminary cost estimate of the project scope, including equipment, materials, and possibly technical solutions
-post-design author's supervision of compliance with the project (possibly necessary telephone contact and visits to the construction site during implementation - number according to the provisions of the contract)
Price list
Approximate prices for a comprehensive interior design, the final offer is determined individually:
30-50 sqm. / PLN 280-350/sqm.
50-100 sqm. / PLN 250-280/sqm.
100-150 sqm. / PLN 220-250/sqm.
150-200 sqm. /PLN 190-220/sqm.
>200sqm. /from 160/sqm.
Author's supervision /investor's representation/ possible within a radius of up to 70 km from Szczecin.
The price is determined individually on a monthly basis, from PLN 4,000/month, contract signed for approx. 3-6 months.
